This week we introduce the articles of association committee. The most recent articles of association of Q date from 2006 and the boards of the last few years found more and more small mistakes in the articles of association. That is why an “articles of association” committee was formed. The goal of this committee is to make an overview of everything that needs to be changed and what the amendment will cost. Besides that we will make a concrete plan of approach for the board to use, so there is still plenty to do!
